DEP PERFORMANCE MOTORCYCLE EXPANSION CHAMBER EXHAUST

All of our two stroke exhaust systems are dyno and track tested for optimum performance gains over your OEM system.

STEEL FINISH:
- Manufactured using 1mm pressed high tensile steel.
- CNC machined stub designed to use OEM O-ring rubbers.
- Durable 2mm mild steel laser cut mounting brackets to match OEM fixings.
NICKEL FINISH:
- Durable nickel-plated finish for consistent shine and ease of maintenance.
ARMOURED FINISH:
- Manufactured using 1.2mm extra durable high tensile steel.
- For use in extreme conditions such as enduro and trail riding.
FITMENT INSTRUCTIONS:
This product is designed to fit OEM and DEP front pipes.
- Loosen the silencer mounting bolts from the frame and remove your original silencer.
- Retain any rubber grommets / spacers from the original silencer and refit on your DEP silencer, unless these have been supplied.
- Install the DEP silencer, making sure that it does not touch the subframe before tightening the mounting bolts. All of the exhaust fixing points should be slackened and then fully tightened allowing all frame mounting points to line up exactly.
